Your pack shipment

After selecting the desired product, you can place an order through our online store. To do so, add the product to your Cart and complete the required fields to choose your preferred payment method and delivery location. You can opt for delivery service or pick up the product yourself at our store.

You can also place an order by phone at +371 29109868. If needed, we’ll provide detailed consultations about Thomas products, prices, stock availability, and answer other questions. The operator can reserve your chosen product and arrange its delivery. Deliveries are handled by DPD couriers or Omniva parcel lockers across Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania.

If you want to pick up your order or purchase a product directly from the "THOMAS-SHOP" office, please call us in advance.

Delivery Terms

The product will be delivered on the agreed date and within a specified time frame. During this window, the courier will contact you via the phone number provided in the order to confirm receipt. If you are unavailable or the courier cannot reach you, the delivery will be canceled, and you will need to place and pay for a new delivery.

If you cannot receive the order during the specified time, please contact us in advance at +371 29109868. Should we be unable to deliver on the agreed date, we will inform you and schedule a new time.

  For OMNIVA, please specify the name and address of the parcel locker.
